• To implement Safety at site as per the Safety, Health & Environment Management (SHEM) Standards.
• Implementing the PTW (Permit to Work) system (i.e. Hot Work, Cold Work, Work at Height, Electrical, Confined Space and Excavation work permit).
• Make Observation for any unsafe act and condition at job site and get correction immediately. • Ensuring all safety trainings & refresher courses are executed for the required personnel. • Conducting Job Safety analysis / Task hazard Analysis to identify opportunities for risk reductions, and develop action plan.
• Reviewing and implementation of specific EHS Plan and Procedures and enhancement of its effectiveness by adopting the best industrial practices.
• Conduct new employees safety orientation program to all employees. • Conducting safety line walks for identification of any potential hazards are rectification. • Near miss reporting & its corrective & preventive measures align with Engineering • Conducting weekly Tool Box Talk for all supervisors & foreman. • Coordinating fire & first aider training refreshers. • Monthly Inspection of moving Equipment, Power tool, Fire Extinguisher and Ladder etc. • Conducting risk assessment; safe observation reporting, Accident/Incident investigations • Taking Disciplinary actions against employees for carelessness. • Maintain all safety related documents such as Weekly / Monthly Inspection Reports, Fire Extinguishers Reports, Investigation Reports, Injuries Reports etc.

Design and process selection of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) for Industries. • Preparation of proposals and tender documents. • Conducting Environment Health and Safety Inspections (Noise, Ambient Air, Stack Emission, Lux Level, Indoor Air Quality, CO level) of different Industries.
• Preparation of compliance report of different Industries as per EPD standards • Submitting compliance report of respected Industries to Environment Protection Department (EPD), Punjab.
• Developing the SOPs/SWP for EHS department in coordination with EHS Manager. • To assist EHS Manager in preparing documents for ISO/IEC 17025 certification. • Ensuring calibrations of all required WWTP equipments, noise meter & stack analyser. • Conducting waste water flowrate measurement. • Designing and Installing Weir Plate for waste water flowrate measurement. • Providing special assistance on HSE matters like fire arrangement plan, developing HSE monitoring system, work permit system, selection of PPE’s etc.
• Conduct HSE Surveys. • Potential Incident report. • Collecting wastewater sample for analysis in Laboratory as per WHO & EPD standards. • Studying technical drawings to calculate quantities for planning purpose. Preparation of Block Diagrams, PFDs of Treatment process and General Layouts of plants.
