 Supporting monitoring system of W4L in contributing to knowledge generation in face of the pre-set objectives and thematic areas.
 Analysing and consolidating data / information, received from monitoring team of W4L, in a way to produce knowledge on the basis of output & outcome for dissemination among the project team and stakeholders.
 Facilitating various staff and partners in generating knowledge relevant to the project indicators.
 Designing specific surveys and studies for the indicators which could not be monitored through the regular monitoring practices.
 Preparing summary and consolidated data for the six monthly/ annual progress report for Steering Committee meetings and presenting them in an interesting and easy to understand way .
 Contributing to the overall process of knowledge management, within W4L by sharing and documenting the various processes, lessons learned and success stories of interest for other partners / development organizations.
 Supporting Team leader/project team in generating reports for Govt. and donors on the prescribed formats as per specified schedule.
 Supporting project team in developing Outcomes Monitoring Summaries, policy notes, thematic notes, position papers, technical papers etc. for dissemination, advocacy and upscaling.
 Identifying bottlenecks and weaknesses in the knowledge management system, and proposing appropriate changes/.
 Facilitation of Monitoring System of the project in conducting effect and impact monitoring.
 Coordination with stakeholders/actors in the water sector

 Coordination with faculties, line departments and farmers for research & outreach activities i.e. climate change studies, adaptation plans, awareness and training workshops /seminars etc.
 Harnessing support for the centre from UAP faculties and other stakeholders i.e. policy making institutions and line agencies etc.
 Supporting the Director CCC in management of the centre and outreach activities.
 Assisting the Director CCC and UAP in developing PC-1, proposals and concepts notes for submission to the government and donors.
 Supporting the Director CCC, P&D and faculties of UAP in developing linkages with national and international academic, research institutions and line agencies.
 Supporting CCC-UAP in capacity building programmes for faculties and students.
 Promotion of centre’s overall objectives.

 Identification of potential Union Councils for rain water harvesting.

 Facilitation of PhD scholars of Agriculture University Peshawar to conduct pilot climate appraisal / hazard analyses.
 Facilitation of other service providers to conduct Micro Finance potential/feasibility analyses
 Identification of relevant learners / communities and their learning needs regarding CC / adaptation.
