• Prepared Purchase Requisition on Cash purchase, Local purchase, and Foreign purchase, against the User Requirement manual & on ERP.
• Also process annual requirement of users and shops for purchase.  
• Issuance of Stock code through ERP.
• Deal with Local Purchas cases through Tender and Contract by the Approval of CEO.
• All the cases of Local purchase also process on ERP

• My job responsibility is to keep record of Litigation section up to date and maintain Old record of litigation in proper sequence.
• Make all old record in computerized form and gave proper numbers and set locations to file. 
• I also appear before different Courts on behalf of HMC in the absence of Section In-charge. I collect certified copies of judgments orders from various courts.
• I assist in preparation of Court cases and help in finding relevant law rules for reference.
• All the purchases of Stationery and other items required for office work is carried out by me from impress account and properly maintain impress account. 
• My job duty includes recording of evidence during the inquiries conducted by seniors. 
• Other than litigation section I also assist and help in Biometric Section in entering of Shifts, Leaves, Generation of Report, issuance of Factory Cards and all other activities related to section. 
• Preparation of EOBI Pension/Grant Cases.
• Issuance of medical & family medical cards to all the regular/daily wages employees and apprentices.
• Issuance of experience/EOBI contribution certificates.
