1- Prepare invoices, draft reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using ms-office and/or presentation software.
2- Documentation work, answer telephones and transfer or take messages; emails and letters, maintains office records, filing and reference, etc.
3-Maintain schedules and calendars, set up and maintain filling systems.
4- Prepare Record of incoming and out going UPS also checking fault with technical team, diagnose the Ups fault and replace the faulty parts.

• Reading electrical design specification and technical drawings.

• Deciding the rating of circuit breakers (MCB’s, MCCB’s, and ACB’s) as per the loads requirement.
• Study new and updated equipment to maintain current knowledge, help other crew members complete difficult faults.
• Handled the tasks of preparing documentation like cost estimation sheet from BOQ.
