Do the Sampling program for the exporter & Supplier in different kind of yarn & fabric.
Manage all parameters of the Buyer for Quality Control.
Make assure planning to ensure the proper Inventory Management for the particular order.
Regular Meetings with Yarn/ Fabric supplier throughout the year within the country.
After approval of sampling negotiate the Costing/ Production Time/ End Time/ Payment Terms and prepare Purchase Order.
Development of existing product in Blend/ Color fastness of yarn/look/ weight/ count etc what will effect on fabric.
Regular Suggestion to my management regarding Marketing/ Sourcing strategy of Yarn/ Fabric policy on time to time to achieve objective keeping in mind our competitor.
Always linked with International/ Domestic market to know the price of different kind of fiber like Cotton/ Viscose/ Poly Cotton etc to advise the existing Costumers.
Make the effective Costing& achieve the Delivery for the objective of Firm & Buyer.
Sourcing of grey from local market.
Planning of Production, maximum utilization of capacity in value addition products and rest of capacity being used in regular and seasonal products.

Revise and streamline inefficient work procedures with automation software.
Collaborate extensively with auditors during preliminary and year-end audit process.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies on monthly bank accounts.
Analyzed cost and revenues to project future trends.
Supply detailed tax detail monthly or when needed to submit accurate sales & income tax returns.
Sourcing, Procurement of yarn & fabric.
Submit yarn & fabric day-to-day market situation.
Responsible of production planning & costing.

Maintaining petty cash & payroll.
Maintaining record of input & output and preparing monthly sales tax detail.
Coordinated with senior accountant to analyze fixed assets additions and retirements.
