I have worked in QC&A department of MGA autos which is manufacturing Sheet metal parts, Mufflers and Hand Brakes for All leading automotivec ompanies including Honda Atlas and Pak Suzuki.
My job description included development and improvement of QMS for new and existing customers.
Implementation and monitoring of QMS.
Implementation of 5S techniques.
Testing automotive parts and material through different loading techniques.
Preparing different departmental reports including Corrective action reports, Defect investigation reports, Pareto analysis and Fishbone analysis.
Audit of workshops including Press shop, machine shop and welding shop.

Observed working of different parts of a thermal power plant, including tracing of fuel line, heat recovery steam generators, steam turbine, cooling towers and boiler. Moreover observed and participated in maintenance of different components of HFO engine and other integral components.
