Successfully developed a comprehensive mission communication and Visibility strategy action plan
• Coordinated communication and reporting for more than ten flood assistance projects in Sindh and Balochistan, expanding my knowledge on emergency response and local contextual sensitization.
• Supported capacity development of field staff related to communication and visibility across all projects
• Provided relevant training and orientation to field teams and partners on implementation of communication and Visibility guidelines, including training on content development, case studies, and human-interest stories.

Worked on developing a comprehensive communication and advocacy strategy, which defines outreach mechanisms, community response channels, visibility products, content plans, branding, and merchandizing priorities for strategic and project-specific initiatives.
• Led national-level COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy project in collaboration with the Government of Pakistan.
• Managed project activities including detailed implementation Plan, external stakeholder engagement, project kickoff meetings, regional coordination and national social media campaign launch.
• Developed communications strategy and advocacy plans for multiple projects including COVID-19 broader communications strategy. 
• Implemented various communications and advocacy on-ground activities and projects such as Hygiene and Behaviour Change Coalition campaign, global advocacy campaigns (Nutrition Cannot Wait), Safe back to school, Red Alert on Climate Change, ARTivism on Climate, and others.
