Handling all Recruitment and HR Operations
Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes/procedures and Determine selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms and professional networks).
Hiring all Software Engineers/Developers including Project Managers and update records properly on Odoo ERP.
Preparation of recruitment strategies and plan on the requests of concerned departments.
