The ongoing road construction project (CPEC Pakcage-1, Yarik to Rehmani Khel, D I Khan) was undertaken in Sep 2016 by National Logistics Cells (NLC) Pakistan. Reportedly 85% of the work has been completed and its completion is antipcated in Jun 2021.
Key Responsibilities: -

Supervising construction of Breast wall, New Jersey barrier and laying of triple surface treatment on shoulders alongside Carriageway.
Preparation of technical letters reply to Headquarters & writing defects repair letters to subcontractors about work executed by them.
Reporting daily and fortnightly progress of ongoing construction activities to Headquarters.
Daily Work done & Expenditures calculation.
Bills verification at site submitted by subcontractors.
Pictures & Video editing effects using Windows moviemaker.
Making Presentations for incoming visiting officers.
Quantity estimates of balance activities.
Dumping Operation Controller.

Achievements / Awards: -

Accomplished a detailed brief for Director General of the organization from June 2018 – Feb 2020 on revenue generated (inclusive Escalation Payment Certificates claims) i.e. 4,353.51 Mn against expenditures incurred i.e.2,649.72 Mn and other major proceedings occurred during the project which ultimately earned me a cash award from the Deputy director.
Organized and maintained the linear charts of ongoing auxiliary activities throughout the stretch of Carriageway which were never done before.
