Bio-Tech Energy has produced biodiesel to EN14214 standard for customers in Europe and sales Bio Diesel in the local market. Bio-Tech Energy is the first and only large-scale BioDiesel Refinery in Pakistan. Job responsibility:
•         Supervise a complete erection of Glass lined Tower including pipelines, pumps, reaction vessel Heaters, and condensers
•         Prepare the bill of quantities for erection and check the received material quality
•         To ensure the provision of an adequate supply of non-stock materials spares consumable items in the local store and raises necessary indent for the issue of stock items
•         Review of the engineering personnel for day to day activity
•         Working methodology includes receiving work order from the Manager, Conducting Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment, an arrangement of resources, and preparing PTW
•         Direct Boiler’s work (2 Tons,4 Tons) such as tubes, header, casing, and flue work
•         Provide technical support to ensure effective execution of maintenance for implementing a plan of the preventive and predictive maintenance schedule
•         Hands-on experience in the troubleshooting and repairing of Centrifugal & Reciprocating Pump & Cooling Tower and Heat Exchangers
•         To supervise the activities of the production staff and provide technical support and advice. To investigate matters that may cause a delay in the project
•         Follows a certain set of tests to identify the strength and durability of the materials to be used in the production of fabricated products

• Acquired HSE training (Fire Extinguisher, HSE Management, and PTW System)
• Analyzed various functions of Gas Purification Plants (Amine Sweetening, Glycol Dehydration, Crude Oil Stabilization).
• Observed and assisted in Maintenance operations of various turbomachines including
reciprocating compressors, Charge Pumps and plunger pumps

Instructed out of various systems including;
• Feed Water System, Cooling Tower system, Field instrumentation & Trouble Shooting
• Routine & Preventative Maintenance, PLC & DCS System, RFO System, Condensate &
Demineralization Water System

• Analyzed the different machining tools and operations, utilized in Machining Division.
• Learnt about different assembly & testing operations of Diesel Engines in Engine Assembly
Plant.
• Analyzed different sections (Assembly line, Paint Shop and Test shop) of Tractor Assembly
Plant.
