Negotiation of forex rate with treasury & customers within stipulated time and same communicated to trade service for execution of trade transaction
Maintain strong customer relationship by providing swift & trade solution related services with minimum tat.
Develop trade business mis at your end for reconciliation with trade services figure.
Maintain record keeping of transactional documents dispatched to trade services after execution of transaction

Handling import transaction including advance payment, Letter of credit, Contract and Collection.
Handling export transaction including advance payment, collection and open account.
Execute trade related finance i.e., FIM, FATR, TERF, ERF
Balancing stamps on hand.
Handle SBP show cause notice
Hanlding SPB FX portal Cases

Handle all import/export L/C, collection bills, and banker’s guarantee.
Handle EIF/EFE certification, Amendments, Expiry and cancellation request.
Coordinate with the business team to ensure settlement for export proceeds and Import payments.
Execute trade related finances i.e., FATR, FIM, GIT And SBP ERF.
Deal with releasing and dispatching of Import and Export shipping documents
Ensure timely accurately reporting of V11, V20 and V21 to SBP and handle SBP show cause notice.
Timely respond to SWIFT
Prepare month-end ITRS
Balancing head and stamps on hand.

During 6- weeks internship, I gained practical experience about general banking department i.e. ATM and Cheque, Remittance, Collection and Clearing etc

During this 6-weeks unpaid internship, I learned about sharia complaint products and investing modes of islamic banking i.e. Musharaka, Mubaraba, Ijarah etc.
