I need a job where i can teach new generation with new methods instead of repeating same method on every child. It is highly important for a teacher to be entertainer, good listener, speaker and friend of his student. As a psychologist, i've been into child psychology and i do understand individual differences.
I've taught in two schools and that experience enhance my ability to cope up with different mindsets and different methods.
It is highly important for teacher to listen and grab attention of whole class, including each one of the student.
Pakistan needs more creative teachers who can think out side of the box and create new methods to teach similar things every year.
I'm highly creative person myself, i love to do poetry, writing, sketching and reading.
I love to teach kids in different way which includes, asking questions, story telling, drama play and oral quizzes to motivate them to learn in class.
It is highly important for child to understand and learn a instead of memories the facts.
A child must learn to question instead of answering correctly.
It is important for teacher to to think and passionately plan new things for students everyday.
Adult and child continuously learn. I strongly believe on Adults constantly raise the bar on smart children, precisely because they're able to handle it. The children get overwhelmed by the tasks in front of them and gradually lose the sort of openness and sense of accomplishment they innately have. When they're treated like that, children start to crawl inside a shell and keep everything inside. It takes a lot of time and effort to get them to open up again. Kids' hearts are malleable, but once they gel it's hard to get them back the way they were. Real learning comes about when the competitive spirit has ceased. In an effective classroom, students should not only know what they are doing, they should also know why and how. Education…is a painful, continual, and difficult work to be done in kindness. ......

I was teaching english and managing their staff.
I use to teach them english and help their teachers to use different methods while teaching as ost of the female teachers were unable to teach creatively.
I use to make different lesson plans for kids and try my best enhance their confidence. I ask them questions. I encourage them to speak in front of whole class so that they become habitual of giving presentation in an early age. The 8th class students were active and good listener. They followed my instructions and cooperates so well.
I use to watch movies with them sometimes to enhance their english speaking skills and later ask questions i encourage regarding movie. I encourage them to wrote at least one random line which comes in their mind regarding this world. This helps me to understand their perceptions and creativity. As a psychologist, i tried my best to make sure every child is relaxed and mentally strong while learning. Sometimes i catch some students in anxiety. I use to call their parents and make sure about their well being.
I have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other great artists. Teaching might even the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and spirit.
