Purpose of the post.-Facilitate supervision of all of the Copc office including monitoring & evaluation to ensure smooth implementation of the planed activities.-perform administrative and finance related activities of Copc site to ensure smooth implementation of the planned project activities.-To enter the all components data in NZMIS and reconcile the stock VS MIS report for the compliance of inventory record.-Maintain petty cash andensure that all the items are purchased on compatible market prices and maintain petty cash register .-Maintain daily expense sheet.-Maintain log books and vehicle maintenance and repair records.-Ensure that project vehicles are being used only for the project purposes and not being misused by the drivers and Field staff.-Ensure maintenance of staff related documentation including attendance register , leave record etc.-Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of physical stock registers.-Properly record minutes of meeting held at the Copc+site.-Ensure proper filing of all monitoring data and address the grievance of clients to improve the services.Nai Zindagi TrustNGO
