• Checking of finishing such as (Curtain wall, Cladding, False ceiling, Brick& Block Masonry, Plaster , Floors, Roof treatments, Paints, Aluminum Doors & Window, Flooring Tiles, Sanitary Works & Fitting, Wooden doors window, Termite Proofing).

• Manage the construction operations to plan timely completion of the project.
• Connection with Client regarding site activities to any confusion & phisibilities at site. To look at local issue & manage it smoothly.
• Setting up monthly targets with the construction manager & give resources requirements accordingly.
