To work with Admin Manager to fulfill following duties and responsibilities as per official assignments for me as daily routine.
Deploy the staff to our projects and fulfill their needs accordingly.
To arrange accommodation and transport for staff from accommodation to work place (from & to) and also arrange daily necessities to staff.
Make correspondence through E-mail to all our projects and update my manager to latest conditions of the project.
Arrange staff for any request and make lettering and keep office record update on daily basis.
To check all attendance and other official data i.eiqamas expiry passports, vacations and to process accordingly.
To maintain and check personal files of staff as per requirement.
To guide and assist the staff who visit to office for any information.
To obey all instructions and rules of company and check with all my admins on project and keep update them who to address and guide their staff.
