Working as a Deputy Manager Facilities at One IBL Center a project of The Searle Company Limited & Habitt City. A brief of the major responsibilities, in the present position as a Deputy Manager Facilities included:

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, HVAC, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Inspect building to determine the need for repairs or renovations.  Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Supervise all staff facilities staff (technicians, security, House Keeping etc.) and external contractors.
Control activities like parking space, waste disposal, building security etc.
Allocate office space according to needs.
Keep financial and non-financial records.

Phase 01: Construction & Interior works

•Looking after all project related Interior works and construction matters in coordination with the Architects, Consultant, and Contractors & Sub-contractors.
