SQL Server:

• Experience in SQL Database Administration, System Analysis, Design, Development & Support of MS SQL Servers development environments.


• Implementing SQL server security and object permissions like maintaining database authentication modes, Users creation, configuring permissions, and assigning roles.


• Optimization of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and SQL Scripts.


• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement, repeatable processes, and database maintenance.


• Creating indexes on tables to improve the performance by eliminating the full table scans and views for hiding the actual tables and to eliminate the complexity of the large queries.


• Coordinating with the front-end design team to provide them with the necessary stored procedures and SQL Scripts and the necessary insight into the data.


• High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server (Database Replication, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping)
  


• Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)


• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)


• Crystal Reporting.

MySQL:

Design and build new database structures, objects like Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Scripts. Ability to perform backup and recovery. Database migration from MySQL to SQL Server and vice versa.

Oracle- PL/SQL

• Create technical design for the backend PL/SQL based on business requirement documents and the funcitonal system design.


• Create database objects like tables, views, stored procedures, and packages using Oracle tools like PL/SQL developer.


• Create/Update procedures, functions, triggers, and packages based on the change request.


• Use SQL Loader to load data from various sources into an Oracle database.


• Write PL/SQL programs to retrieve data from data repository using cursors.
