Joined Siddiq Agricoze in comissioning Phase and assisted the Design Engineer in Installation of Ion Exchange unit which includes its piping design ,Media Bed and Resin Installation in columns and  developing the Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) of Ion Exchanger.

Responsibilities

Developed the Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) of every section
Ensure the smooth running operations
Ensure the quality of Products
Maintain the daily Log Sheets and other Documentations
Manage the daily Production,Consumption and Work in Process on ERP
Coordinate with Maintenance Department to resolve the malfunctioning of Equipments 
Ensure the safety protocols of equipment and workers to avoid injuries even near-miss
Ensure the GMP and CCPs of Production
Coordinate with HSE Department for the issuance of Work Permit
Managing Operators and Helpers to meet the Production target within given time
Coordinate with QC Department to meet the specific parameters of the product
Ensuring cleaness,hygien and implementing 5S Technique at plant site to meet ISO standards 
Working with Process Engineering team for the optimization of the process and Troubleshooting of challenges 
Coordinate with Supply Chain Department to meet their Stocks requirements

Ceramic Filteration of Glucose 
Ion Exchanger to remove color and TDS of product 
Multi Effect Evaporator to concentrate the product
