· Deal with clients and setting a positive atmosphere.
· Greet all visitors and escort them to designated room.
· Answer calls & direct to relevant departments.
· Update extension list whenever required.
· Process incoming mail related queries.
· Maintaining records of all invoices approved by management and sent for further payment to finance.
· Maintaining PTCL Bills summary.
· Maintaining support staff overtime summary.
· Maintaining TCS outgoing mails sheet.
