1. Support e-Learning centers roll out in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province as per the agreed work plan
2. Ensure to provide necessary inputs to the e-Learning recipient agencies to support the implementation and integration of e-Learning into agencies curricula Set-up relevant e-Learning courses and train the local technical staff available on sites on the technical aspects relevant to the operation of e-Learning sites.
3. On planning the rollout of e-Learning to LEAs, obtain preliminary information and complete specification related to sites; prepare Bills of Quantity (BoQ) of equipment to assist procurement, gather specifications of equipment and prepare equipment and disbursement plan for the year.
4. Support the rollout of e-Learning to LEAs; provision of equipment and software to e-Learning centers; and organize formal handovers of equipment with agencies.
5. Provide ongoing support to e-Learning beneficiary agencies and their respective managers; train the Site & Training
Managers and conduct missions to e-Learning center when required.
6. Manage downloading LMS backups from centers and prepare centers progress reports.
7. Maintain e-Learning sheets with up to date information related to e-Learning centers tasks register, contacts, hardware and LMS results etc.
8. Maintain the inventory of hardware equipment and software purchased for e-Learning centers.
9. Organize and manage training sessions and events at e-learning centers.
10. Provide coordination, liaising, administrative and logistic support for implementation of e-Learning Program activities.
11. Be available as a resource person for program (e-Learning) related questions from UNODC and e-Learning, Government of Pakistan beneficiaries.
12. Perform other duties as may be required.

2. Assist in ensuring timely delivery of UNODC technical inputs to the e-Learning centers.
3. Install computer hardware, software and trouble shoot computer at e-Learning centers.
4. Set-up relevant e-Learning courses and train the local technical staff available on sites on the technical aspects relevant to the operation of e-Learning sites.
5. Review and troubleshoot networking- related issues to ensure all workstations stay connected to the server and are able to deliver the training.
6. Stay in contact with local on-site technical staff and provide guide (in-person or over the telephone) on solving issues related to hardware, software or networks.
7. Conduct in-person visits to e-Learning sites to identify, troubleshoot and fix computer hardware, software or network problems.
8. Organize and manage events and training sessions at e-learning centers.
9. Be available as a resource person for IT related questions from UNODC and e-Learning, Government of Pakistan beneficiaries.
10. Will be available to contribute to the development / implementation of computerized work processes.
11. Available to perform other duties as may be required.
