Previously I've done internships from two different organizations which was a great experience for me and I learned a lot of new skills. I'm very good at giving presentations, working under pressure, working in a team and time management. I'm a very disciplined and balanced person with a great ambition to kick start my career from a good company. Moreover I take on challenges and set goals for myself due to which I stay motivated. This drives me to do my best and deliver results at fast pace. I'm also a very organized person and a good communicator. Internship
It was one month internship in the Finance department of FFBL. I started working in the treasury department. I was responsible for balancing and managing the daily cash flow to and from the variety of departments within the company. The key responsibility in this area was liquidity management and in order to be successful we must monitor, manage and report the company’s liquidity position.
Then we were rotated to the taxation department where we had to process the data which is compiled by Payment section. Compliance of timely deposit of taxes company wide was a vital role. We also had to interlink income tax return, company financials and withholding statements so that it gives true and fair view of statements.
After taxation department we were rotated to accounts payable department where we had to look after the company\'s bill payments and invoices that were legitimate and accurate.
After this we were rotated in budgeting and planning department where we had to scrutinize data, analyse discrepancies, manage accounts and create annual budget plan.
Lastly we worked in Financial reporting department where financial statements were made using SAP. Financial statements were made separately as well as consolidated.
Internship
It was an eight weeks internship. I worked in FIG-Bank Branch Data Management department. I was responsible for reviewing documents from regulatory authorities, extracting information about branches of banks, number of branches, deposits of new branches and standardizing the extracted information.
