Community mobilization at field level.
Reporting of program activities to supervisor.
Facilitating activities that build the capacity of community.
Providing statistical data, reports and planning information to the District for internal and external dissemination.
Working in collaboration with Project Officer to develop capacity building partnerships in flood-affected districts.
Maintaining district / cluster record & filing.
Coordinate with the government department/s and communities for relief activities.
Ensure regular field visits and high quality timely production of all deliverables
Participate in the project implementation meetings.
Provide support to team members and partners/allies in smooth implementation of projects and developing required skills.

·       Plans and organizes the daily research plan
·       Data collection from field as per need
·       Provides technical leadership and administrative supervision to Enumerators engaged in the execution of research protocol
·       Monitoring of staff performance and maintains quality of research.
·       To resolve GPS issues.
·       Ensure consistent data collection and management
·       Regularly appraise staff and provide feedback and support to enable them to do their jobs better
·       Develop close working relationships with all project participants and stake holders
·       Ensure easy access to M & E reports
·       Encourage staff to report frankly on field work highlighting problems and possible solutions plus lessons learned
·       Undertake regular visits to the field to support implantation of M & E and to identify where adaptations might be needed
·       Conduct regular field visits to project sites for project monitoring as per plan ensuring that all the visit objectives are proficiently met
·       Proper filing and record of M & E related documents and reports as per standards

·      Complying all logistical support with the Member of House.
·      Ensured provision of house supplies and service and maintained house stocks of all supplies and distributed accordingly as per need raised.
·      Updating database to track necessary information
·      Handling, mail and phone.
·      Organize meetings, gathering and provide all logistical support.
·      Scrutinizing all bills and claims e.g. Medical travel claims, utilities, invoices, air tickets, gasoline, supplies, etc.
·      Maintain employee telephone lists, and floor map
·      Photocopying, ordering books and materials as needed
·      Perform other duties, as necessary and/or as requested.
