· Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization based on knowledge management techniques

• Lead the MEAL team in all over the region for effective implementation of MEAL activities at Health Facility level.
• Prepare the monthly/yearly targets of the Key performance indicators of Health Facilities as per catchment population
• Data collection, consolidation and management and quality management; for successful delivery and attainment of project goal and objectives.
• Conducting rapid assessments and trend analysis of field-based programs to monitor program activity.
• Contributing to design and implementation of periodic evaluation activities including baseline surveys, research and evaluations in the area of health.
• Collecting good quality monitoring data in a timely manner and organize and report data received for reporting to the senior management.
• Using monitoring checklists and conducting periodic field process, monitoring, qualityassessment and data validation, and provide feedbacks and recommendations to senior management for timely improvement.
• Developing capacity of Hospital Staff / MS, partners and relevant staff on the DHIS and other M&E tools, data management, data recording, analysis, monitoring and evaluation methods, principles and reporting systems.
• Organizing and facilitate monthly health facility and district based progress review meetings and guiding district and health facility staff on using DHIS/MIS data for decision making.
• Making sure the utilization of appropriate reporting templates/DHIS/MIS tools. Facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of data at health facility and district level.
• Developing and maintaining health facility wise database of the district.
• Participating in all other aspects of MEAL, for example surveys, baselines, evaluations, joint projects monitoring and reviews / lessons learning workshops/events.
• Developing and facilitating training plan for health facility staff and arrange for on the job trainings of DHIS and project MIS.
• Undertaking accountability activities

• Ensure that trainings information is captured well in hard copies and entered into database. On monthly bases run data quality checks for the availability of error free trainings data.
• Work closely with contracted organization for the data collection and report thier progress on specific list of monitoring plans.
• Conduct the monitoring visits to assure the data collection is as per set standards and protocols.
• Accompany project staff for health facility visits to ensure that monitoring checklists are filled properly and action plans are developed & implemented.
• Facilitate project staff to carryout Quality Improvement and patient Safety (QIPS) assessments by supporting data management and training on scoring protocols.
• Lead the biannualy Data Quality Audits (QDA) with the support from regional and Karachi offices.
• Emprovide data tables and graphs in monthly meetings of district staff.
• Assist community mobilization team for the systematic monitoring of Community Support Groups (CSGs) and other activities.
• Prepare the monitoring reports along with suggestions / required actions to be taken and share with managers to update the status of activities.
• Monitor and document dropout of health facilities in the respective district.

• To assist in the preparation of performance management plan (PMP) for the project
• To assist in development, testing and implementation of a mechanism for the objective evaluation of the quality of proposals for grants through desk-review and field inspection.
• To assist in training and facilitating the grantees on monitoring & evaluation tools/techniques and in the development of an implementation framework with clearly defined activities, indicators, results, means of verifications (MoVs) and their time frame, in order to ensure quality implementation.
• To make field visits for the monitoring and evaluation of the grantees’ compliance, as required
• To generate frequent reports on the quality of proposals and level of compliance by grantees
• To collect, compile and analyze reports prepared by grantees as well as implementation partners, which would feed in to the consolidated project progress reports
• To facilitate strong communication and linkages between program staff and grantees
• To manage several tasks simultaneously, in order to meet deadlines
• To systematically maintain and keep the backup of all relevant record in soft and hard forms relating to the unit
• To assist the manager in ensuring the objectivity, transparency and impartiality of all evaluations carried out by the unit.
• To act as a focal point for a smooth flow of information to and from the grantees, implementing partners as well as the funding agency, and will facilitate strong communication between the project office and grantees

• Supervise the protection team in district Khairpur.
• Provide technical support to the team on IDP protection issues and build their protection capacity by providing them on job coaching. Also develop / suggest staff capacity building plan.
• The identified protection incidents are referred to relevant organizations/UN bodies and/or administration or concerned department/ concerned clusters for immediate assistance and further action.
• Update concerned Govt departments on IDP protection issues and provides practical solutions for resolution of different identified protection issues from the field provide.
• Supervise the Identification, register and cataloguing of protection incidents at legal clinics and do advocacy for IDP/flood affected protection concerns.
• Facilitate the maximum provision of conducive protection environment to IDPs and Monitoring for the identification of protection issues and safe return.
• Liaison / Coordination within IRC, Protection team, and outside IRC with different stakeholders / develop good networks and establish linkages for a collective response on protection issues of IDPs/flood affectees.

• Regularly monitor the performance of staff and ensure the quality of EPI and Curative service delivery, and utilization of resources at health facilities.
• Organize the Medical Camps on various diseases during emergency situation.
• Organize capacity building training workshops for health staff
• Supervise the repair and renovation work at rural health facilitate
• Supervise the day to day administrative issues of health staff
• Facilitate the health staff in communication, reporting and record keeping.
• Ensure the applicability of HMIS/DHIS tools in all medical facilities.
• Increase Awareness among communities about causes and preventive measures for common diseases through lectures and school health sessions.
• Consolidate the monthly and yearly HMIS report.
• Prepare the monthly progress report and share with RSU and PSU.

Under the Mid Term Development Framework (MTDF) strategy of “Poverty alleviation through social mobilization” 25 projects were implemented by World Bank, PPAF and RSPN in all over the Pakistan. In district Ghotki under the project all 2600 villages of district were targeted and 4000 Community organizations, 1200 village organizations and 10 local support organizations were formed.
• Supervise the team of Monitoring, Evaluation Research in district Ghotki Sindh
