Allocation of Allowances to the employees according to their Designation and work.

Assisting Manager Human Resources in Performance Appraisal System & PMS
Verify HRMS software attendance of each employee with hard copy attendance and make adjustments if required.
Make new (log in) in Branch Manager, Cashier, Pos supervisor. verify and closed the old (log in)
Taking attendance/modification/staff shuffling/managing staff shortages and Reports to Manager HR.
Verifying Documents, Guarantees, compiling data for employee file for further processing and its documentation.
Maintain training staff report and assist to training Manager in training works.
Make the report of staff residence and visit every branch residence
Maintain the reports of staff promotion (only designation change and designation change with increment )
Processing employee’s final settlement
