Working as Account Officer, the main responsibility is to prepare and manage income and expense statements, party ledgers of debtors and creditors, income and sales tax, production report, salary of all staff, bank reconciliation, all types of vouchers and invoices in General Ledger Accounting System.
Reporting to the Head Office.

Prepare income and expense report on daily basis and email to chairman. Prepare salary sheet of staff and Collection of School and college fee.
Responsible for all Board Manners i.e. Registration, Migration, D.O.Birth, correction of name of the students. Maintain all record of school and college students.

Handle HR, Accounts, Store, Transport and Clerical Department in UFone and Telenor Projects.
Manage and Coordinate all technical and fuelling teams and responsible for control the fuelling and repairing budgets.
Prepare daily attendance, Expense report, Store maintenance, Vehicle log book report in Excel and E-mail to head office concerned departments.

Prepare bank pay order slips and cheque deposit slips.

Prepare all types of Voucher. (Cash receipt, Cash payment, Bank receipt, Bank Payment, Loan and Advance salary vouchers)
