Responsibilities:
Creating full scale project plans with detailed work breakdown structure and associated communication documents
Planning, scheduling and tracking project milestones and deliverables by creating High Level Plan
Reporting and methodology support at project and programme level
Assisted in efficient allocation of resources across teams and resource mapping right to the work package and deliverable level
Assisted in monitoring and controlling overall project Capex and Opex. Budgets and forecast vs Actuals for the project
Assisted in periodic project reporting and status reporting on plans, RAIDs, headcounts and financial management
Assisted in creating RAIDs logs, monitoring and management for all projects visibility of actions and escalation to appropriate level with suggested course of action
Assisted in ensuring project plan is updated, and to analyse changes in the plan which could impact milestones
Assisted in ensuring active management of deliverables in the program plan through efficient tracking of internal & external dependencies
Assisted in preparing appropriate technical documentation (i.e. Business Case, PID, Quality & Risk logs and stage plans) and ensure that these documents are of a suitable quality to be agreed and signed off

2) Developing a PMO Manual with collaboration of E-Tech Consultancy Director
3) Worked on a Marquee Project as a Supervisor in Islamabad
4) Worked in a Team to Launch Alpha Xero Tech Company in Lahore, a subsidiary of Xerox: Business Services and Digital Printing Solution
