Worked as internee Engineer with Fertilizers mainly related to production of phosphates fertilizer and its purification, Power Production, cogeneration, research and development to produce enrich source of fertilizer and its residue may produce calcium tri phosphate. Auxiliary units of the plants include Acid plant, water treatment plant, cooling tower, heat exchangers, rolling mills, and kiln.
DUTIES:
• Supervision of technicians (Diploma Holder) for routine check of the plant performing job responsibilities under plant’s Maintenance Engineer for specified period.
• Ensuring working and maintaining of cooling plant including boiler and transmission line.
• During all procedural course surety of the quality lie on the part of Mechanical Engineer
• Worked on thermal power plants to ensure its functioning and performing techniques to diagnose error while the course. Monitoring the all units like turbine, condenser, boiler and pumps during specified period under the supervision of senior plant Engineers
Trainee Engineer
Worked as internee in PAC Mirage rebuild factory,
where overhauling of Attar 09C engine, F-100,and other various training crafts engine take place .Also complete structural overhauling takes place that include working of wings, fuel tanks, nose , legs, cock pit .Thus, each and every work related t air crafts that bring them to serviceable is being done there.
Overhauling of engine’s process begins with the disassembly of the engine, where each and every component / module is removed from the engine. After disassembly, the engine undergoes stringent inspections to reveal discrepancies accumulated over the years of operation. A special setup of highly precise engine horizontal and vertical maintenance stands enables the technicians to perform thorough inspections of engines and its modules. In case discrepancies are noted, a team of highly experienced technicians conduct extensive repairs to remove the discrepancies.
