I want to join with new passion,seeking INGO and public health as a potential future.I started my practical work in hospitals associated with our medical college since 2013.I had also worked with red crescent society.I have a passion to achieve professional excellency in greater interest of my dreams and mankind.i had keen interest in public health and medical research regarding communicable diseases and health issues of a society and the world in major. Provide inpatient medical support and medical care to beneficiaries based on MDM guidelines and protocols, on MDM values and universal hygiene standards to improve the beneficiaries health conditions. Conducted meeting with WHO polio team and worked with collaboration as it is the key objective of MdM . Responsibilities of current job - Supervise the planning of medical activities on the field and the allocation of medical staff according to the needs - Organize a weekly medical debriefing with the different medical teams - Collect, analyze and consolidated weekly and monthly data, send the data and reports to concerns responsibles, based on the directives of the Base Manager and Medical Coordinator - Ensure highest quality of the medical services and activities in the field, through continuous monitoring, auditing, and on site supervision - Provide clinical services directly, in case of need, in any of clinics of MdM - In collaboration with the Medical Coordinator o, adapt and/or update all the medical protocols, procedures and management tools according to the needs - Supervise the Pharmacy management and the data collection, the dispensing and supply activities - Assess the need in terms of capacity building for the team and provide solution accordingly, training needs, etc. - Participating in the definition of annual planning and budget for the project and in the follow up of the programs / project. Supervising and ensuring that medical activities objectives under his/her responsibility are achieved, reporting to the technical referent any problem arising in the service - Coordination with EDO/H and other health authorities both district and provincial level. MDM representation in different medical meetings and do appropriate feedback (minutes) - Participation in the writing of different reports (weekly reports, donors reports, HQ reports, MOH WHO reports)./p/div
