Responsible for the overall project execution and management, meet placement target of 10,000+ candidates, must have strong existing relationship with numerous employers across different industries, manage project team, supervise development of employers’ and candidates’ database, budgeting & reporting etc. Reportable to - Management Committee. Minimum experience – 10 years. Prior placements experience and project management experience is required.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in HR/job placement work with strong flair for marketing and networking with employer groups and organizations through which such placement can be enabled are required. Knowledge of technology platform through which such placements can be enabled is a major advantage in being considered for employment. These are Lahore based positions. Maximum age limit is 45 years. Minimum qualification required is MBA/M. Com/Masters in HR/Masters in Public Relations etc. prior experience with TSPs (Training Service Providers) would be an advantage.
