We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license and possess a strong foundation in general nursing. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting while working on a rotational shift schedule that includes morning, evening, and night shifts. Flexibility and commitment to maintaining professional standards are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate actively in shift rotations, including morning (6 hours), evening (6 hours), and night (12 hours) shifts.
- Uphold patient safety and infection control practices at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
- Minimum of three years of general nursing experience combined with at least one year of specialty diploma, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- At least one to three years of prior nursing experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly desirable.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing are preferred to ensure a higher level of clinical knowledge and skills.
- This is a full-time, contract-based position requiring in-person attendance at the Lahore facility.
