Basic knowledge of Linux commands, WHM and Plesk
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
A typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m.
No objections to working in rotating shifts
A residence in Lahore

The Web Hosting Support Engineer will be responsible for:

Web hosting sales and support related queries.
Basic remote management of web hosting servers located abroad.
Dealing with local and international customers from 170 countries especially in USA, Canada, Australia and Europe by telephone, email and live chat.
Hosting accounts management
Hosting accounts backup support
Hosting accounts troubleshooting support

Candidates with previous experience of networking management, Windows servers, Linux servers and web hosting management will be preferred.
