Data Analyst

We’re looking for a ‘data analyst’ to join Uber’s operations team in Lahore on a contractual position with Uber’s third party HR partner. Candidates should have a strong command of SQL. Someone with 1-3 years of experience would be preferred. Responsibilities included but not limited to:

1. Drive analysis on projects on cash collection to improve customer support operations and customer experience of our customers;

2. Upskill the analytics champions in SQL and data analysis

3. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep local teams as efficient as possible

4. Build dashboards that answer the needs of our internal stakeholders - take advantage of the wealth of data we have at our fingertips to help stakeholders manage and improve our operations

5. Apply data science techniques on large data sets to develop strategic insights, and present them in a compelling way to enable smart and sustainable business decisions.

6. Lead as thought partner with cash collection lead, in order to create actionable insights, dashboarding, KPIs monitoring and process improvements, under regulated environment(s).
