- Your role will be of a PA to the Owner of our company
- . You will be working directly under the Owner, assisting them with their day-to-day business and personal activities.
- Your job will include wide ranging duties such as bank runs, keeping notes, scheduling and setting up meetings and assisting with miscellaneous work.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact to represent the owner.
- Scheduling, managing and organizing meetings and appointments for them.
- Creating agendas and producing all documentation required for the meetings.
- Managing all business related communications on behalf of the owner. This will include writing letters, taking phone calls, responding to texts/e-mails etc.
- Searching the market for required solutions for the company.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned by the owner.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree
- Must be bilingual (English and Urdu)
- Should be able to ride a bike or drive
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Positive and professional outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
