Job Requirements:

B.S. degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent technical discipline
Should value the requirements fully and start discussions with concerned people to seek clarifications on unclear/unspecified requirements
Responsible for testing of assigned projects including writing and executing the test cases
Responsible for preparing scenario matrix
Defect management which includes logging, reviewing tracking the bugs
Maintaining and keeping up to date all the testing related documents

Professional Skills:

Should be familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle, STLC
Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls
Should be able to do both functional and non-functional testing
Should be able to do Black box and White box testing
Should be a good teammate, pro-active, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and follow-through on tasks
Ability to estimate task durations and meet schedules
