We are currently recruiting for a Systems Administrator for our Karachi Office.
Position Summary
This position will handle Microsoft 365, Azure and other infrastructure portions of our internal environment both onsite and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange/SharePoint/Teams)
- User Accounts/Service (Setup/Maintenance)
- Networking/Security (Naming & Group Policies; Loss Prevention/Assets Protection)
- Deployment/Management (Hardware/Software Resources/Licensing)
- Helpdesk Support (Onsite/Remote; Documentation)
Unique Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of experience.
- Must have previous experience and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
- Must have experience with distribution lists, security groups, and 365 Groups.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (8/10).
- Have hands-on IT support experience – including management of IT
- environments, IT applications, IT security
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Windows Shell, etc.) is
- preferred
- Understanding of databases and web services is a plus
- Knowledge or experience of SharePoint is a plus
- Knowledge or experience configuring and maintaining VMs is a plus
- Knowledge of OS other than Windows (e.g. Linux, Mac) is a plus
