You will build deep relationships with Small-Medium businesses throughout Pakistan, and help them grow their businesses by using Jaldi
You will drive revenue growth for Jaldi by making sure no lead is wasted
You will learn about customer feedback on Jaldi’s product and translate these findings to help continue to develop our product offering
You will work closely with a Sales Manager on optimizing the sales pipeline to increase lead conversion and increase revenue
You will work closely with the marketing team to help decide on marketing material that will appeal to our target audience
Skills you will need to bring
2-4 years of customer-facing or sales experience
Strong organizational skills to make sure follow-ups are completed and processes are being followed.
Strong verbal and written English skills. Strong verbal Urdu skills.
An understanding of the sales processes
A solution-oriented mindset, always looking for new ways to improve processes and solve problems
Experience working with online productivity tools or CRMs, experience using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc.
