Providing admin support to the office administrative function Helpdesk service,

including:

  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail for delivery to appropriate staff
  • Recording, stamping, and posting outgoing mail
  • Routine word processing, as and when required
  • Recording, reporting, attendance, and leave records
  • Answering calls, welcoming and greetings students, parents, and potential business clients and guests, scheduling meetings, managing social media business groups, and actively responding to queries of students at all platforms
  • Must pleasant personality, self-motivated, eager to learn, can provide great customer service experience to students and their parents.
