Managing Director of a reputable company is looking for someone who can fill in the position of Personal Assistant / administrator must be really Energetic and Highly Organized and able to Multitask.
Must have Strong Communications skill in English Language (Verbal & Written)
ü Past relevant experience would be an asset.
ü Proven Experience in Customer Services & Ability to strongly follow up the leads
ü Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
ü Managing diaries and Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
ü Booking and Arranging travel, transport and accommodation
ü Organizing events and conferences
ü Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
ü Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
ü Managing databases and filing systems
ü Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
ü Collating and filing expenses
ü Ad-hoc personnel errands as required
