Production Engineer
Lead operations at production vessels during batch production.
Ensure smooth running of all production operations and manufacture quality products.
Monthly, weekly and daily planning of production in liaison with production demand and raw material availability in SAP Business ONE by using its different modules and queries. Lead a team of 35 people and manage them in compliance with workload.
Liaison with different departments including utilities, inventory and QHSE, Application Lab and Quality Control for smooth operations.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of ISO (9001,14001,45001,50001) systems and ensure zero LTI on plant site.
Plan the periodic maintenance at production vessels and all its components to increase efficiency.
Monitor daily production and consumption of material and reduce production loss.
Ensure that workers wear their appropriate personal protective clothing and comply with safety, health and environmental rules.
Monitor and analyse the parameters of Effluent Treatment Plant on daily basis.
Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of Actual production against planned and reasons of shortage (Raw materials, Capacity, Maintenance etc.)
