Plan and assign daily workload to the sales team.
Provide guidance to sales associates in their assigned duties.
Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.

We try to provide solutions that meet core requirements keeping budgets / price points in mind and work together with clients and their architects in discovering the best possible solutions.
We are active on email and send updates to all concerned stakeholders at various stages of the project from product selection summaries to production updates etc, keeping everyone Informed of any last minute changes made to the project or of any delays due to unexpected holidays, among other things. This also keeps us honest with respect to our commitments to the client as everything gets documented at every stage.
