OULIN is a multinational company which provides the latest kitchen furnishing material according to international standards. I am the Office Manager and HR Executive in this company with the handling of customers’ quires and customer support.
In MOBILINK I was assigned to contact and manages the High Valued Customers accounts related postpaid (Network related issues, Network testing, Mobile applications, IR related issues, Data related issue etc) so he may not has any complaint from the company. As a team coordinator and as TL, coordinated with the team to solve and manage team issues and maintain the best position in the company. Other than this, manages the daily team working/Daily Tasks and performance reports also.
In addition I had to handle all queries related to Prepaid numbers like (Network related issues, Network testing, Mobile applications issue etc), Maintains office, Supervise Janitorial Staff, Dispatch & Record Daily Courier, Arrange Daily Meetings, Issue, Reconcile Daily, Weekly and monthly deposits, Manage distribution of utilities bills & collection of account, Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries, Maintain Stationary Stock, Manage the filing, storage and security of documents, Manage the repair & maintenance of computer and office equipment, Assist With Annual Audit and perform other related duties. Shared performance of employees and related staff on daily, weekly and monthly basis, timely audits and Presentations with Managers and HOD. In addition to this, coordinated with different departments like (HR, Finance, PTA Correspondence Team etc)
