I am currently working at The Bank of Punjab as a CSO in GID (Government Initiative Division). Where I have to perform major duties like;
Perform day-to-day operations in the customer services unit and ensure that customer services standard as laid down by the SBP/BANK.
Efficient and effective complaints management of GID which includes Kamyab Jawan YES, Punjab Rozgar scheme, and Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar loan scheme complaints.
Attend and resolve customers’ inquiries/complaints about the product or services of GID received from CMU or any other forum and resolve it within stipulated services standard TAT.
Work on CRM for complaints management & Establish liaison with CMU and different banking departments i.e, Agri, RFD & SME for resolution of complaints.
Observe quality assurance at GID of different government loan schemes as per the Bank's Quality assurance Manual.
I have also 3 months' experience working at PAKWINZ International as an account assistance. Where I have to manage accounts of all the suppliers linked with the company. I have to assist the accounts manager to manage the salaries of all employees working in that company.
I have done 4 weeks internship at The Bank of Punjab in the Trade Processing Centre. I have learned about domestic & foreign trades.I have also learned about LC Opening – Inland / Foreign Bill of lading, FIM (Finance Against Imported Merchandise), FATR - (Finance Against Trust receipt), FDBP – (Foreign Documentary Bills Purchased), IDBP – Inland Bills Discounting, etc.
