Responsible for leading, directing and managing all site operations to ensure consistently high levels of service, profitability and compliance
Duties;
▪ Managing all aspects of business operations.
▪ Supervise and monitor the functioning of CCTV cameras and functioning of all IT equipments including computer system, servers and POS
▪ Carry out periodic inspections of all the electrical appliances, mechanical equipments and computers for proper functioning and in case of any fault develop, get them repaired.
▪ Ensure proper discipline displayed by entire staff and those dealing with customers should be polite and respectful in conduct.
▪ Strictly direct the staff to display the newly arrival items in racks and avoid accumulations of items in purchase department and warehouse.
▪ Maintain the record of the staff including their conduct, performance , leave record, approach towards job etc
▪ With assistant of HR officer regulate the leaves of entire staff in such a way that routine working not affected.
▪ Be part of recruitment committee, arrange interviews and ensure that vacant posts are fulfilled in time
▪ Ensure that the atmospheres in warehouse and outlet remains free of grouping and favoritism
▪ Resolve any issue arises between the customers , staff members and never let any bad taste arise
▪ Procurement of office supplies/ stationeries for smooth functioning of office work
▪ Settle minor issues related to local government departments like Wapda, PTCL etc
▪ Ensure smooth functioning of salesman and cash counter activities
▪ Coordinate and supervise activities of all the branches
▪ Dealing with main software of the firm
▪ Preparation of payroll of the staff
▪ Prepare and implement procedures and policies that contribute to enhanced and improved HR management.
▪ Develop and supervising job analysis, job description & job specification.
▪ Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
▪ Analysis and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions ensure that accurate it are in place and career path for employees.
▪ Making recommendations for the employment and assignment of personnel.
▪ Continually improves processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems.
▪ Designs and develops standards for competency assessment for recruitment, development and promotions of employees.
▪ Arranges in-house and external courses, seminars and workshops.
▪ Supports the HR Manager and staff in the performance of their work activities.
▪ Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills and training for new hires.
▪ Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
