Roles and Responsibilities:

Designed and implemented monitoring and evaluation plans, including defining KPIs and performance indicators for project activities.

Project: Humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable Afghan refugees living in transitional settlements in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, with food/NFI and access to child/women protection and non-formal education

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost, and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans
Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies, and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with the agreed project management methodology
Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision-making and planning
Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
Provide a range of secretarial and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery.

Project: Youth Engagement to Promote Social Cohesion
Funding Agency: Peace Village United (PVU)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide a range of project management and support services, including project planning and execution strategies, preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
• Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate information and support project completion in line with project plans
• Source, collate, and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.

Project: Improving Governance Model at Newly Merge Districts (NMDs)
Funding Agency:  ATLAS Network
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the organization, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact
• Monitoring, coordinating, and communicating the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Developing and fostering relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities.
• Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationships between the organization and other entities.
• Compilation of reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the organization.

In consultation with the Project Manager, oversee sensitization, recruitment and appropriate training of Community Based Resource Persons to enhance promotion of general livelihood of target households in the Project.
Follow up visit to the targeted area and meeting with targeted beneficiaries
