As an HR Manager lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Participating in the development of staffing plans, performs administrative tasks related to staff coverage (ie. Vacations and modified days, time sheets and employee information records
Conducting performance evaluations and provide feedback to the employees about their performance
Managing databases and document processes and systems implement.
Posting Job Vacancies on social websites, conduct initial interviews on the phone, schedule interviewing and assisting with the recruitment of staff
Preparing and issuing letters including, offer, appointment, confirmation and experience letters
Identifies, recommends and participates in the implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations
Handling all administrative and HR related activities
