A result oriented community development practitioner experienced in providing administrative support to complete projects. I am knowledgeable in: disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the progress of projects, developing and maintaining project deliverable and gathering and inputting data into databases. More so, I have been involved with various Programmes and projects, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, field research, capacity building as well as planning and implementing community based projects. I am looking for a position in a challenging environment that strives for organizational and personal development.I have been in development sector from early 2008 and have throughout worked with National International organizations including UNDP RSPs(Rural Support Program Cooperate Organizations .. As a social scientist, team leader of different projects in civil society organizations I have developed my skills in team motivation, able to develop a resource mobilization strategy and related plans, public speeches with different stakeholder, presentations.I have been arranged and attending clusters, forums related coordination meetings of UNDP and NGOs for Information sharing, documentation and learning. I also worked in Different districts for Develop and maintain linkages with concerned government to strengthen the local government ordinance.
