LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER
Create 3-D models of Semi-trailers i.e., Skeleton Trailer, Drop sidewall Trailer, Box Van, etc.
Create Manufacturing Drawings of Semi-trailers from models.
Create Detailed BOM (Bills of Material) required for Production Planning.
Collects, reads, interprets, and uses related reference documents and drawings prepared by other vendors.
Reviews and checks calculations, design models, drawings, and design documents for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality, and satisfactory completion.
Organize and maintain Design Packages.
LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER
Understand the API 6A standard requirements and generate innovative and functional design concepts.
Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD software i.e. CREO and SolidWorks.
FEA Analysis of Designs and Prototypes as per API 6X, API 6AF Technical Report, etc.
Consult with the Production team during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required.
