▪ Examining and testing existing vendors and obtaining quotes from different vendors comparing there offers and value. Review and analyze all vendors and suppliers’ options.
â–ª Negotiate and administer with vendors and suppliers on regular basis and secure advantageous terms. Get the best deals for pricing and contracts.
â–ª Investigate the market and research potential and prospective suppliers and vendors, sourcing and establishing new vendors assuring quality of work. Discovering profitable suppliers and vendors to initiate business relationship.
â–ª Taking professional decisions and creating and finalize purchase order on SAP, follow-up regarding deliveries and ensuring delivery on time. Work with team member and line manager to complete duties efficiently and effectively.
â–ª Maintain and updating proper records of all purchases and prices using proficient skills on Microsoft office and SAP.
â–ª Involved in procurement to pay cycle hence maintain and update all the record of invoices Good receiving notes and delivery challans. Collaborate with end user and finance team for good receiving and submission of invoice in finance. Parking of invoices on SAP.
â–ª Maintaining good supplier relationship, communicating regarding deliveries, issues in invoices and payment.
â–ª Coordinate with all the stakeholders analyze their problems and strategize for better solutions.
â–ª Assist to drive saving initiatives to attain corporate saving targets and creating monthly saving reports of all the procurement activities performed ensuring saving methodology.
â–ª Creating and updating Purchase order closing reports on monthly and quarterly basis.
â–ª Assist to drive supplier collaboration and innovation, maintain close relationship with key strategic suppliers
