Directed inventory planning and procurement activities for goods and services, including managing vendor performance, mitigating supply issues, effectively managing stock and replenishment activities. Reconciled market on routine basis, to make sure food safety and security, select transportation route to minimize the cost of the product and to maximize economy by combining consolidating warehousing and distribution of the products. In-charge of supply chain in the district food office and head of supply chain of food item of half a district covering about 14500 square kilometer. Supervising 100 staffs. Spearheaded district procurement team of food department, coordinated with District Price Magistrate of food items. Integral Member of District Price Review Committee, priced edible items and provincial Procurement team of KPK food Department.
• Led supply process of food wheat, sugar stuffs to all the area of Chitral, as per government policy and administered 17 big and 50 small ware houses in district Chitral Food department.
