I have worked closely with low-income communities, grassroots organizations,NGO’s, INGO’s and government agencies during last 15 years to strengthen the self help capacities of communities through linking relief and rehabilitation with development.Defined and framed the strategic directions for all specific development projects in the assigned platform.Lead research based evaluations and recorded the appropriate use of findings in key practices and education improvement and use by the stakeholders for effective programing and resource allocation. Able to demonstrate to link theory and practice, analytical and technical skills to contribute to project design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and an understanding of multi-stakeholder learning in change processes. A good understanding of the broad concept of inclusive and sustainable food systems and food and nutrition security.

It was an Urban WASH and Livelihood project that has primary target groups of unprivileged urban youth, men and especially women in the target district who lacks basic services of WASH and sustainable employment which ultimately deteriorates the overall public health system in the community.
Effective Citizen groups were formed at Mohalla (Micro) level. Representatives of ECG eventually formed Union Council Level Effective Citizen Group. Gender mainstreaming, Diversity and Inclusion was strictly adhered while facilitation of the process of the effective citizen groups formation. It was a very well designed project that enhanced the good governance, accountability and transparency through strong mobilization by forming District Accountability and Monitoring Group with the representation of Elected representatives from UC till District Level, Representatives of Effective Citizens Groups, concerned line departments, civil society and media as well. Project had no of soft activities and hard inputs.Project supported participation, build capacities of all tiers of communities and elected representatives to develop UC groups to prioritization for UC development plans keeping in view the UC level needs related to WASH, Economic empowerment and Citizen Rights to have access to information eg: WASH campaigns in the project area with the partnership of Lahore Waste Management Company, installation of water filtration plants for the provision of clean and safe drinking water,market research to identify the needs and opportunities of livelihood women, men, youth boys and girls, capacity building training of Effective Citizen Group Representatives on Right to Information, Constitutional and Legal Rights of Citizen and WASH rights.Project interventions provided a platform to citizens to sit with the service providers and elected representative to review and share their feedback about the services provided and what were the gaps those need to be improve.
