In the light of Brooke Theory of Change organized capacity building training for Brooke field staff to enhance their understanding and clarity on community development models and social mobilization process for sustainable change in the lives of marginalized equine owner communities in Pakistan.
Reviewed and prepared working paper of future Community Development Strategy of Brooke Pakistan.Developed material and imparted training on community development processes and entrepreneurship to Brooke Associates.Participated in an extensive research on \"Community Need Assessment\" of equine owner communities in Pakistan.Had extensive field visits for on the job support and facilitation to Community Animal Health Officers and Social Mobilizers to strengthen the community engagement along with linkages building and pawnbroking with concerned stakeholders. Prepared annual community development plan and budget in the light of field visits observations and need identification of extensive focus group discussions with communities and field teams.Being Gender Focal Person developed gender sensitive work guideline for staff to adhere in office environment and in the field as well.

It was an Urban WASH and Livelihood project that has primary target groups of unprivileged urban youth, men and especially women in the target district who lacks basic services of WASH and sustainable employment which ultimately deteriorates the overall public health system in the community.
Effective Citizen groups were formed at Mohalla (Micro) level. Representatives of ECG eventually formed Union Council Level Effective Citizen Group. Gender mainstreaming, Diversity and Inclusion was strictly adhered while facilitation of the process of the effective citizen groups formation. It was a very well designed project that enhanced the good governance, accountability and transparency through strong mobilization by forming District Accountability and Monitoring Group with the representation of Elected representatives from UC till District Level, Representatives of Effective Citizens Groups, concerned line departments, civil society and media as well. Project had no of soft activities and hard inputs.Project supported participation, build capacities of all tiers of communities and elected representatives to develop UC groups to prioritization for UC development plans keeping in view the UC level needs related to WASH, Economic empowerment and Citizen Rights to have access to information eg: WASH campaigns in the project area with the partnership of Lahore Waste Management Company, installation of water filtration plants for the provision of clean and safe drinking water,market research to identify the needs and opportunities of livelihood women, men, youth boys and girls, capacity building training of Effective Citizen Group Representatives on Right to Information, Constitutional and Legal Rights of Citizen and WASH rights.Project interventions provided a platform to citizens to sit with the service providers and elected representative to review and share their feedback about the services provided and what were the gaps those need to be improve.

Being Project Coordinator and Gender Focal Person along with effective and efficient project implementation had contributed to follow the organization\'s Gender Mainstreaming Strategy, with the consultation of Senior Management and Partner consent relocate resources for the rehabilitation of Doaba training resource center building to make it functional not only for the project capacity building activities but to fulfill the needs of organization \'s other project community groups training needs.Closely coordinated with the Provincial and District line departments. Worked closely with District Officer Health to activate District Malnutrition Committee Muzaffragarh. Initiated the process of Doaba membership of SUN.Civil Society Alliance Pakistan. Project team and communities actively participated in emergency response preparedness mock drills and shared a well trained community activists for emergency response

Project named \"Promotion of Food & Nutrition Security Project\" was worth Euro 639,005 for first three year phase and now the next phase of two year is planned of worth around 400000 Euro and based in Deutsche Welthungerhilfe, Islamabad, Pakistan.Partnership management, grant management, ensure timely compliance of the contractual documents and to facilitate partner team technically for effective implementation was my key role. But never limited inputs for partner supported and encouraged partner team to take initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of project interventions eg: Doaba and WHH partnered with Bhaudin Zakria University Institute of Food Science & Nutrition Multan to organize first International Conference on Malnutrition, prepared a recipe book for pregnant and lactating mothers of locally available nutritious foods items in Urdu.Had contributed actively at organizational level as Emergency Responses Team Member as per ERT ToR, given inputs for WHH annual strategic review and planning exercises.Supported, Contributed, developed and reviewed concept papers and proposals for funding opportunities aligning with the organization\'s strategic priorities of Food and Nutrition and Civil Society Strengthening.

Being Project Coordinator/Focal Person for Cross-Cutting Issues of Gender, Disaster Risk Reduction of Deutsche Welthungerhilfe, had coordinated 20 months standalone CBDRM project started from April 2012 completed 15th January 2014 worth Euro 237,986.36
